The SoFlo team is committed to making sure that your loved ones are protected as we enter your home. This means following all CDC guidelines. In addition, our team is consistently using hand sanitizer, wearing masks and daily temperature checks.
Absolutely, we will put together a custom tailored package for you according to your needs. Our goal is to make this move as easy as possible for you.
We can store your items for you in one of our climate controlled facilities.
While this is a very unusual occurance, SoFlo ensures all of your valuables will be wrapped and cared for in the highest regard. However, when you work with our team, all of your items are insured up to their full value.
Upon request, we can have all of your items photographed and create an inventory list.
Not only are our movers highly trained, but you will receive a personal experience every step of the way. When you sign up for us, you will have direct communication with your movers as well as a dedicated communication coordinator that will ensure all of your questions are answered and your needs are met.
Nothing. We will provide all of the moving supplies that you need. If you choose to use us for your pack/unpack as well, we will provide all of the boxes.
Unfortunately, we do not. However, our sister company, Upward Home Organization does provide all assistance for that.
We do not offer TV mounting, but we work with numerous companies that will help assist with whatever you need within the home.
Upon request, our team can be in booties and white gloves if that is what you need. In addition, we don't leave a mess. We will clean everything up once the move is completed.
